Terms of service

Docked is operated by BOTBUILDS LLC. These terms form an agreement between you and BOTBUILDS LLC.

Using the service

By using Docked, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Docked for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Keep your account, invitation links, API keys, OAuth access, and participant-claim links secure. Provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and workspace.

Authorized browser work

You must have permission to access the websites, accounts, information, and functions involved in a session. Respect applicable law and the relevant website’s terms. Do not use Docked for credential theft, unauthorized access, fraud, spam, harassment, malware, evasion of access controls, or other abusive activity.

Review the task, access mode, and website scope before starting. Full access permits actions without individual approval within the approved scope. A browser owner can pause or end access. An action already underway may have an uncertain outcome; inspect the website before retrying.

Agents and results

Docked supplies a browser connection for an agent you bring. Manual sessions require an available agent. Automatic execution is a separate configuration that requires a supported runtime and an available runner; connecting an MCP client alone does not enable it. You are responsible for your chosen provider, its charges, the instructions you give, and the actions you authorize.

Website changes, provider outages, authentication requirements, and browser limitations may interrupt work. A tool reporting success or a session ending does not prove the overall task succeeded. Verify important results. Available screenshots are individual audit frames and may have gaps; they are not a complete video recording.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize Docked and its service providers to process it as needed to operate and secure the service, carry out your instructions, and maintain the records you request. You are responsible for having permission to share page content and other information with your workspace, participants, agent providers, and anyone given a public sharing link.

Our privacy policy explains information handling. Recoverable session removal does not physically erase stored data. Contact us for deletion requests.

Plans and payment

Free provides the browser gateway with your own agent for one person. Pro adds team access and custom branding. The current standard price is $8 per seat per month, or $76.80 per seat billed yearly. Your checkout, current subscription, and explicit billing quote control the amount and billing interval for your account; existing plans may have different prices.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. Additional seats can be added when a teammate accepts an invitation only under the billing consent shown when the invitation is created. Any applicable prorated charge and future recurring price follow that consent and the current subscription. Sending an invitation alone does not charge for an additional seat. Removing a member does not automatically reduce the purchased seat quantity.

You can manage your plan, payment details, and cancellation in Billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period shown there. Fees already paid are not automatically refunded except where required by applicable law or agreed by Docked. Failed or incomplete payment can restrict paid features and team access. Agent-provider fees are separate.

Availability and suspension

We may change features, impose reasonable limits, or suspend access to address abuse, security, nonpayment, or legal requirements. We aim to preserve useful records but do not promise uninterrupted service or indefinite retention. Keep your own copy of information you need.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, Docked is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every requirement or operate without interruption or error. We are not responsible for actions outside our reasonable control, including third-party agents, websites, or services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
