Billing, seats, and team invitations

Free is for one person using their own agent. Pro adds team access and custom branding. Standard Pro pricing is $8 per seat per month, or $76.80 per seat billed yearly. Your actual subscription and quote are shown in Billing; legacy prices may differ. Browser recipients do not use paid seats.

Workspace invitations are single-use links. Any signed-in account holding the link can accept; the link is not tied to an email address. An unverified email is a claimed address, not proof of inbox ownership. Share links through a trusted channel.

An invitation does not itself add a paid seat. If no seat is available, the workspace owner can explicitly authorize one additional seat at the current rate when that person joins. The invitation screen discloses any prorated charge and recurring price.

A saved card and successful payment are required before an additional paid teammate gains access. If the bank requires authentication, the owner completes it in Billing; the invitee retries the invitation afterward.

Removing a member does not automatically reduce purchased seats. Manage the quantity or cancel renewal in Billing. An owner receives a notice after a paid seat is actually added.

Abandoned an unpaid initial checkout? When Billing shows Start over, the owner can confirm Discard checkout and then review a fresh quote at the current price. This does not start a new subscription automatically. Paid or processing payments cannot be discarded; use Check status or follow the recovery action shown.
